Place was clean. Had a nice size crowd. I got a pound of snowcrabs, headless shrimps,with potatoes ,corn, and sausage seasoned with the boom !!! Sauce. For appetizers I got 6 lemon pepper and some fried calamari. So the boom sauce was great , wing had that pop you expect from lemon pepper and the calamari was nice and tender .
I choose to go through the weekday instead on the weekend because it be crowded but overall they got good customer service and the food is good
For some reason i was on a seafood binge. Had juicy crab a few days ago and was the best.This was just as good if not better. Fast service.
I'm here all the time. I've had regular tables and Sat at the bar a few times. The crab meat goes are delicious.

me and my boyfriend love this restaurant! tonight was our second time coming here and they did not disappoint. when we first came in, we were seated infront of the big screen by the bar, and we wanted a more private seating arrangement. our server was EXTREMELY accommodating to us and helped us find seating to fit our request in the party room! which was incredibly nice. we have had the same server each time and she always takes great care of us, she has brown hair and a neck tattoo but we sadly did not get her name ): we always get the pound of crab and shrimp with corn and potatoes and we are always satisfied with our meal. great team, great food, and great service. i highly recommend this place and her as a server hopefully next time we get her name.
I by far had more fun at Crafty Crab more than I've had anywhere that I've ever been in my life, and that's saying a lot. I visited Crafty Crab while on a trip all the way from Arkansas to Florida! Their customer service was excellent, the drink service was amazing, the food was mouthwatering, and my whole group was very satisfied! You definitely should stop by this place if you love a good time!
This is our first time in Jacksonville Flordia, and I can say that this is by far one of the best seafood restaurants we have gone to by far. Regardless of the other reviews, we had amazing customer service. Our waitress was very polite, upbeat, and was more then happy to help us with any questions. She even showed us how to eat some of the food. The atmosphere was very relaxing, and they had amazing music. I would most definitely recommend!
